The Rolling Stones are known for their preference for analog recording, and according to Keith Richards, they haven't used digital recording for their albums. He has been quoted calling digital recording a "one-way toilet" [What Keith Richards thinks about digital recording]. So, technically, none of their studio albums were recorded entirely digitally.
However, that doesn't mean digital technology wasn't used at all on any of their albums. Some digital editing and effects may have been used but the core recordings were done using analog techniques. Also, many of their albums have been remastered digitally in recent years. These remasters may sound a bit different than the original releases, but the underlying recordings are still analog.
